Community Service Program
Mel Trotter Ministries provides access to free food and clothing for the community. The food and clothing pantry is open every Thursday, from 10am – 2pm.

Client Choice Food Pantry: 
The Client Choice food pantry provides families with a variety of nutritious items to choose from to prepare their everyday meals. Clients are welcome to visit the food pantry twice a month.

Clothing Pantry:
Mel Trotter clients are welcome to visit the clothing pantry twice a month. New shoes are available on a quarterly basis. (Distributed when available)
Personal care items such as soap, shampoo & deodorant are also distributed when available.

Other community services offered include:
· Furniture Program: Applications are taken in our main office at 225 Commerce Ave. SW and applicants are notified when furniture is available.

· Auto Donation Program: Over-the-phone assessment evaluations are required prior to acceptance for application. Of the qualified applicants, one recipient is chosen per month.
